Hello guys! This is my first post. I looked this water vortex power plant :

and i think that it is AMAZING :eek: . What do you think guys, is it possible to make low cost one, small scale, to power house? Is it too complicated? Is it more harder to make compare to wind turbine???? Sorry for my English, i am from Balkan :D....

Looks cool Petar!

What is the advantage of using this type of turbine vs. a conventional one? With the same height difference (head) and flow-rate one could drive a regular turbine too. I wonder why "vortex"?
