Thanks John and Rob for all the neat information. I just got a chance to look breifly at some of it. But I will spend a lot of time at some of them eventually. I got a kick out of the Ice Refrigerator sysytem.. I love old Ice boxes and with all the cold weather was wishing I had a place to store some if I froze it. I have a late model Ice refrigerator that keeps things in the upper 30's a lot of the time, pretty good for ice. Trouble is its hard to find and increasingly expensive. An oil refrigerator as expensive as they are now are still is still cheaper than buying 6 little blocks every 3 or 4 days. In some winters thought I have frozen enough in pans in a cold snap to make it go for several months. Getting too old for that almost, but its fun anyway.

Hi,
Nice collection of links,
Here is a link to a report i helped write as a member of IEA-PVPS task 13 on analytical monitoring:
http://www.iea-pvps.org/index.php?id=276
This one on failures in PV modules:
http://www.iea-pvps.org/index.php?id=275
and this one on Characterizing performance of thin film modules:
http://www.iea-pvps.org/index.php?id=277

Another one is on the way, i will inform you when it is finished the final authorizations.

I stumbled into this website a couple of days ago. I contacted the administrator to know a bit more about what the purpose is. It will be more product oriented and focus heavily on how you can make the transition from fossil fuels to green energy starting today. :)
