saw this go by on the crawl under the news, so I looked it up:

I agree with the article that procuring enough turbine hardware and the off-shore installation rigging ships/manpower to get it done is very ambitious....2020 is right around the corner
Still, it is in the right direction ..hope the US manufacturers get some of the business and start ramping up employment ...don't want China to take the lead here as well!!!
They claim it could power all residences, but that is half the actual energy requirements ( which also may be growing by 2020??)
