A large percentage of people in the UK are getting to the point of being energy Poor trying to keep there dwellings heated . An interesting link..Paul:)

Nice way to present heat loss!
Would be nice to have a national map like that, though I suspect there was quite a bit of manual processing involved to create the one they have up on that link. Strictly speaking this type of image/map doesn't show how well a place is insulated; A well-insulated house that's kept hot could show up the same as one that's poorly insulated but has the thermostat set colder. The other part is that only the roof is shown, though that's usually where most of the energy is lost. Interesting though!
