Wouldn't mind going but it's a fair pedal from Perth to Sydney. I note they are getting an Australian made Savic electric cafe-racer on display, but not to ride. I've had one on order for 3 years now (thanks to COVID19) and hoping to be receiving it within a month or two.

Will keep you posted.

PS Didn't realise the piccy was so large. Sorry 'bout that

That looks nice Joe! :hail:
200km range, 0-100 kph in 3.5 seconds... That beats my Aprilia motorcycle!
The Savic styling isn't quite my thing, but I'm sure it appeals to the younger crowd, plus they no doubt needed to find lots of space for batteries (without killing the centre-of-gravity).

I think my whole life has been leading up to the Savic. I love Cafe Racer styling. In the early '70s, this was the love of my life.

Then in 2004 I bought a BMWF650CS (which I'm still riding), which comes with a belt drive (as does the Savic)

(early on I made some suggestions as to the design of the Savic belt guard, which they took on board).
And lastly of course I've got several years of experience on the ZEV electric scooter, and so I'm familiar with the quirks of electric cycles.

In some ways the future looks radiant. Will keep you posted.

There's a 15+ minute video walking around and peering into various corners.

Towards the end of the page there's an interview with one of a group of schoolgirls who are engaged in a project to convert a 1973 Range Rover to electric.

Ultimately once it's complete they intend to rent it out to help finance their NEXT project. Wow. Go the Girls!!
