I wish I could predict the future... I'd be fabulously wealthy!

Tried using this automate price-checker at [Admin: Removed advertising]. It is the only site I found where solar panel solutions are represented with with no middle man, I assessed the values of homes I have nearby for rental no problem, and I am now having no issues setting up appointments. :blink:

CA for has a 100% renewable goal by 2045, and new homes for solar panels in 2020 - PPA loans available for cred

Your home electricity bill is refunded at the rate of your utility bill for electricity, for your PPA

PPAs are your solar lease is based on the average utility bills in the the state of CA

Many solar installers offer solar leas to their perspective customer, also known as a PPA (Power Purchase Agreements)

A solar lease is an agreement, that says you are not renting the panels, or renting to purchase, but instead you are loaning money to get the panels.Most terms for a PPA are between 5 and 20 years.

Under a PPA, a customer pays only for what they produce during a month to month time frame, so you are able to pay as you go.I do work for a solar panel company, but it is not your every day shop or installer. [Admin: Removed gratuitous advertising]XXXX offers it all, you walk right into our network of solar panel installation companies.

I figured we'd get to the advertising eventually.

If you work for a solar company, they are your best source of information because their existence is largely tied to these programs.

But no program is forever and the winds of politics can cancel a program as easily as it was created. Just look at what's happening here in Ontario after the change of government.

In 2020 all new homes built in the state of CA will require rooftop solar in their construction, to accommodate on grid net-metering, as well as off-grid living standards for those who can not meet a grid. However, the answer to the question may very well be something between bi-partisan and non-partisan. It's non-conclusive, and destabilizes any argument. Governor Jerry Brown did after all sign two bills last week stating that would curb new offshore oil drilling in California by barring the construction of pipelines demanded from the Trump Administration, through CA state land. It seems like it could go any direction, or something could be hiding behind a house of cards. After all 20 + years is a long time. Ultimately, look at the benefits of home solar.

Good News:
* Renewable energy in solar is viable to consumers with or without a 100% clean energy state in 2045
* Renewable energy in solar, is cost effective for consumers to buy it on their own
* Independently installing solar, either way, will be cheaper if it is on your own rooftop
* Consumers building new homes after 2020, will find clarity in what installing your own solar actually does
* Mitigates your carbon footprint
* Reduces your bills
* Sets a good example

So, lets get past the fuss and ask another question? Where do I go to get it without being ripped off? As you may be asking, I do work for a one stop shop solution, they save you 25% off of competition by giving you competitive solar panel and accessories, as well as giving best deals on installation from know-how. Then with all of the cost savings in taxes you’re getting an additional 30% off. Assess your system size and costs for rooftop solar using the price-checker tools online.
