600v C/C

Just putting together things for a system on our new home , was looking at the Schneider electric Mppt 80 600v. Has anyone used this charge controller I like the thought of the 600v loosing some expense on breakers connectors and combiner box. Cheers

Hi Steve,

Some of our customers bought one. They work fine. Pricey though! Depending on your jurisdiction the lack of AFCI can be problematic. Over here arc-fault protection is required (MidNite Solar's Classic controllers have AFCI, as does Magnum's PT-100).
