Cold Cascades Mtns

I'm looking for affordable options for a 2kW 120Vac inverter that will operate in the 0 degree F area. Modified sine wave is fine. This is to create a bare bones back-up power source to draw water from a shallow well where there is zero shelter to provide warmth. I don't need any of the high tech features tied to the more costly inverters, for example the Sunny Boy, OutBack FXR, Xantrex Freedom, and some micro-inverters. Most of the above products will operate down in the -10F to -40F range but they come with a hefty price, "hefty" being a relative term. If nothing more it would be helpful to hear what brand inverter others are using in their areas where they have inverters un-sheltered from the cold. As for moisture, it will be housed appropriately and a solar panel will maintain a battery bank.
