Anemometer to control induction turbine?

I am currently working on a small (750 watt) induction generator. I am a complete novice and am trying to learn what I can here.

My goal is to use a relay switch to turn on and off my turbine based on wind speeds read by an anemometer. Can anyone please tell me if there is an existing product that does this?

If not, had anyone tried this with a raspberry pi?

If you can get your hands on an old Enertech controller, that is exactly what they had. It was a 120V circuit board and it took a variable frequency input directly from an anemometer. It used an RC averaging method so the thing didn't switch back and forth too much. You could try ebay or ask on Otherpower or The Back Shed. There were hundreds (if not more of them), so I'd think you could find one cheap. I may even have a service bulletin that describes how to adjust them.

I have tried looking without success but will keep looking. I found a VSC wind trigger which may do the job when paired with an anemometer.
