Any recommendations on solar water heating companies?

Hey there guys and gals!

Recently have started the process of shopping for a solar water heater. Have found a couple locally owned business here in Jacksonville, FL (best one appeared to be www.solarjacksonville.org (http://www.solarjacksonville.org), although they returned with a quote that made me synsthetic), wondering what your thoughts are on going local versus a national brand when it comes to getting a unit installed.

I get the goal is to save money in the long run, but I mean, I'm still averse to the thought of breaking the bank for a system.

Also, input on how much these bad boys typically run would be much appreciated, just so I have some framework to compare to.

I actually have a great installer if you happen to live in the Florida or Michigan area. His names Jim, and hes been a plumber for 41 years. Best part is he gives free solar estimates.

I've also got a link at the bottom of the post to find other AET certified retailers in any state. I would definitely recommend going with an AET product, because they have the highest efficiency ratings and best price points on the market.
