I actually made a design like this about 10 years ago, submitted it to invent-help. They worked with me for a couple of months and then shut it down saying the idea was flawed. I have improvements (or at very least ideas to improve) on your design if you are interested. I also am looking at the Columbia River from Richland WA out my window as we speak. I am very interested in learning at how successful the design is, purely because I was turned down on it before. I am not in any situation to bring this to market, so you dont have to worry. I would be more interested in seeing you incorporate some of my ideas or at least trying to test them. PM me please.
