I need to know if it is ok to have 2 inverters feeding the main line. The main line is 6 ga with a breaker for both AC lines. These inverters are located 30ft from the house and the lines run thru a conduit under the drivway,so 2 lines might be out of the ?

Ervin, I'll need a bit more info to solve that one. What size (kW) is each inverter? I'm assuming from your mention of AC that these are grid-tie inverters without batteries?

:confused:Rob,I have 2 inverters one is the 4.2 KW and the other one is a 5.0 KW.And I am connected to the main power box thru different breakers and switches. This was done by a electrician and inspected by the local electric inspector. Each inverter has its own breaker going into the main power line with a breaker by the inverters and then one 20 ft away that they installed leading to the breaker box outside by the meter, for the electric company to shut down in case of power problems. Then it goes into my main line thru the panel box.Whew,a lot of breakers.Hope this helps.

So you have roughly 10kW at 240V on a 6 AWG wires. That should be fine: 6 AWG is good for at least 55A, likely more (depends on the temp rating of the wire, and if it's cable, wire, or in a conduit, but 55A is the lowest rating). The 4.2kW inverter would have a 25A breaker/fuse, while the 5kW would have a 30A breaker/fuse.
