Rob,this is in reference to my 2000 KW that doesnt want to register the kw and kwh on the readout. Is it possible that it is still sending power to the grid and if so is there a way that I could check this.Possibly it is working but not registering on my readout. Thanks

Turn off all power consuming things in the house and then check to see which way the meter is spinning (or which way the numbers are ticking if it is a digital meter)
Easy peasy.

thanks ,I will hafto do this .Right now I have the panels in limbo as I need to figure if this is doing any damage. Will hook them back up and see what happens.Have a digital meter and I think I could turn off the main power in the house and get the same results. Thanks

Ervin, what happened to the inverter? If it's broken it has to be under warranty, since Power-One hasn't been making these inverters for 10 years (the warranty period) yet.

Rob,its not the inverter that I purchased from you it is anouther one.All I was trying to do is check with you to see if you might have a suggestion. Also what is the smaller inverter cost from power one if I was going to purchase anouther replacement?

Ervin, I try to avoid using the forum as a blatant sales outlet, so please take a look at the business Web site (http://www.solacity.com/). The prices are all there. We also list all the Power-One inverters on eBay, and throw in free shipping (so effectively they are a little cheaper that way).
